Baringo Extend Support beyond Sight

The Kenya School of Government (KSG), Baringo Campus, led by Campus Director Dr. Wesley Kiprop, on Friday, 13th February 2026, visited Kabarnet School for Deafblind Children as part of the institution’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

The delegation was received by the School’s Principal, Eunice Chesang, and the Board of Management (BOM) Chair, Vincent Chelal, alongside members of staff and learners.

As part of the CSR outreach, the delegation presented essential items to support the school’s day-to-day operations and enhance the learning environment. The gesture symbolized KSG’s belief in collective responsibility and the importance of institutional partnerships in transforming lives.

Speaking during the engagement, Dr. Wesley Kiprop commended the resilience of the learners and the dedication demonstrated by the School’s management and staff.

“The courage and determination displayed by these learners is truly inspiring. As institutions of public service, we have a duty to ensure that no one is left behind. Supporting inclusive education is not just a social responsibility; it is a national responsibility,” he noted.

In her remarks, Principal Eunice Chesang expressed sincere appreciation to the Campus for the thoughtful gesture and continued support.

The initiative seeks to raise awareness and mobilize support for children with deafblindness while strengthening community involvement in promoting inclusive education.
