KSG Takes Services Closer to the People
the Kenya School of Government and the State Department for Broadcasting and Telecommunications held consultative engagements aimed at strengthening the capacity of officers through specialized training across various fields. The KSG team led by Humphrey Mokaya, Director, Security Management Institute were received by Mr. Stephen Isaboke, Principal Secretary for Broadcasting and Telecommunications. The engagement culminated in a KSG help-desk exercise at Teleposta Towers, where the team offered one-on-one consultations, course registration support, and addressed training-related inquiries—bringing KSG services closer to staff.
Dr. Rachael Ngesa, Director Learning and Development, Ms. Pamela Nyagah- Deputy Director Corporate Communications and Marketing , Ms. Elizabeth Owino- Head of Business Development and Training and Salome Wambui and Nancy Njeri were part of this exercise.
