Staff at Baringo and Lower Kabete campuses stepped out of their offices trading their screens, paper and phones for a time of movement, and upbeat activities to recharge and connect. Beyond excitement, the team development activities highlighted the importance of creating space for staff to interact outside formal work settings- easing work related stress and enhancing camaraderie amongst each other. Reflections on leadership and collaboration is expected to translate into better coordination and more effective service delivery.
