The Regional Centre of Competence for Digital and AI Skilling is a flagship project hosted by the Kenya School of Government (KSG) aimed at accelerating inclusive digital transformation and revolutionizing service delivery in public service across Africa. This aligns with Kenya's National Digital Master Plan 2022-2032, which envisions a globally competitive digital economy, focusing on infrastructure, digital services, skills, and innovation. The Centre targets to train 100,000 public servants over the next three years.

AI Skilling is recommended for officers in all cadres in:

• Ministries & State Departments
• County Governments
• Public Servants (individuals)

The training programs will adopt a blended approach, combining virtual and in-person sessions.
