Africa–Italy Initiative Boosts Public Sector Leadership at KSG
The Kenya School of Government (KSG), Lower Kabete Campus, today launched the inaugural Development of Managerial Skills Programme under the Africa–Italy Cooperation Initiative, bringing together senior public officials from Kenya, Ethiopia, Côte d’Ivoire and Tunisia to strengthen leadership, management, and regional collaboration in the public sector.
Opening the programme, KSG Nairobi Campus Director Andrew Rori urged participants to translate the knowledge gained into meaningful public sector reforms, while facilitator Prof. Lapo Mola emphasized adaptive leadership and collaboration in driving institutional transformation.
Also present were Dr. Florence Kithinji, Course Coordinator, Mr. Peter Quest, Head of Resource Mobilization and Business Development, and Dr. Tawfiq Bashir, Deputy Director, Kenya School of Government.
