Strategic Crisis Communication 1 Week Officers involved in preparation and dissemination of information.
Strategic Leadership Development Programme 10 Weeks Officers in Job Group ‘N’ and above or equivalent who are in policy-making and leadership roles and have already undertaken the Senior Management Course.
Senior Management Course 8 Weeks Managers responsible for management of resources and implementation of activities and programmes, and are in ‘JG’ K and above or equivalent.
Supervisory Skills Development Course 4 Weeks Officers in supervisory roles and accountable for performance of their units.
Public Relations and Customer Care Course 4 Weeks Public relations practitioners, including front office staff, secretaries and personal assistants in the Public Service, private sector and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs).
Public Speaking and Presentation Skills 1 Week All interested officers.
Finance for Non-Finance Managers 1 Week Officers in organisations with financial responsibilities, but have no formal training in finance.
